Lee is a small Strafford County town between Durham and Epping, off Route 4 and Route 125. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Lee is a town of about 4,500 with no real downtown, just a few small clusters at the major intersections, and most of the land taken up by woods, farms, and large-lot residential. The Oyster River runs through the southern part of town, and the Lee Traffic Circle at Route 4 and Route 125 is the main commercial node.
From our Fremont yard, Lee is about 18 miles northeast.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Lee: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Most Lee driveways are long with plenty of room for the bigger sizes. If your driveway is dirt and has been wet, let us know before delivery and we'll plan around it.
Lee has a rural-residential feel, with Route 125 running north-south and Route 155 cutting across toward Madbury and Durham. The Lee Traffic Circle at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 125 is the main commercial node, and Lee Hill is the closest thing to a center village. The rest of town is wooded back roads, small farms, and large-lot residential, with long driveways tucked off the main routes. The Durham, Madbury, and Barrington lines bring more of the same rural feel. The Oyster River runs through the southern part of town. Most of the driveways out here have plenty of room for any size we run, but a fair number are dirt or gravel and can be soft after wet weather. Worth mentioning when you call so we can plan the drop.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Lee include roof tear-offs on the residential housing, full-house cleanouts when a property changes hands, and garage, basement, and barn cleanouts on the rural-residential lots. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months, along with hot tubs and old campers. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, and a 30 if the project is a full gut or a bigger demo.
Lee is one of our longer NH stops from the Fremont yard, but the four sizes run the same. For a single room or a garage corner, the 10-yard is usually the right size. For a roof on an average house or a full garage, the 15 or 20 is the better pick. Full house cleanouts where every room is going usually call for the 20-yard, and big demo jobs or full contractor renovations call for the 30. If you're not sure which size fits the job, send a photo of what's coming out and we'll point you at the one that won't leave you paying for empty space.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some. The 10 and 15 sit easier on grass than the bigger sizes.
How far ahead should I book? Mondays book fast. If you can give us a few days notice, you'll have your pick of delivery day. If you need it sooner, call and we'll see what we can do.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need it longer, let us know when you book and we'll work it out.
