Epping is the town immediately north of Fremont, and the two of us share a lot of the same back-roads geography. Route 101 and Route 125 cross right in the middle of town, which gives Epping its mix of through-traffic commercial off the highway and a suburban-rural feel once you get away from the main roads. Brickyard Square is the big retail draw, and beyond that it's mostly residential neighborhoods and stretches of woods.

The rest of Epping spreads out into residential neighborhoods and wooded back roads. We're on NH-125 to most addresses from our Fremont yard, which puts us at the town line within a few minutes.
We get out to Epping regularly. The most common reasons people call from Epping are roof tear-offs on the older homes, full-house cleanouts when a property is being sold, kitchen and bath remodels, and basement cleanouts after a flood or just years of build-up. Garage cleanouts are another steady one, especially in the newer subdivisions where the two-bay garages tend to fill up fast. We also see contractor calls along the 101 and 125 corridors for new builds and additions, and the occasional single-item pickup for an appliance, a mattress, or an old hot tub. Estate cleanouts in the older homes near downtown come up a few times a year.
Older ranch and Cape-style homes around downtown Epping are a good fit for the 15-yard for a single-room remodel, or the 20-yard for a tear-off or full cleanout. The newer colonial-style subdivisions off NH-125 usually have wide driveways and depth for a 30-yard, which is the right call for an addition or a larger demo job.
