From our Fremont yard, Sandown is about 6 miles southwest, roughly a 12-minute drive.
Sandown has access to every box we own: the 10-yard for bathrooms and small roofs, the 15 that takes over once flooring or a kitchen is involved, the 20 for full-house cleanouts and tear-offs, and the 30 for contractor and demo loads, with full-service junk removal when the loading is better left to us.

NH-121A runs through Sandown north to south, connecting the town with Hampstead to the south and Chester to the west. Phillips Pond and Showell Pond are the two larger water features in town, with a mix of year-round homes and quieter back roads along the shorelines. The town center is small, anchored by the old meeting house and the town offices. Most of Sandown spreads out into wooded neighborhoods on larger residential lots, with very little commercial activity. The Sandown Depot Railroad Museum on Depot Road is one of the town's better-known historic spots. From the yard, Sandown is a short drive southwest.

Since most of the town is single-family residential on wooded lots, a lot of our work here is property-based, owners getting ready to sell, or new owners cleaning out what was left behind. We also see shed and deck demos, hot tub removals, and the occasional above-ground pool. Single-item appliance pickups and estate cleanouts round out the list. Contractors building or renovating along the 121A corridor are a steady source of calls too.
Sandown's housing stock leans newer than some of our other core towns, with a lot of colonial and split-level homes on wider lots. Those typically have driveway depth for a 20 or 30-yard. Yes. Sandown is in the middle of where we actually work, so contractor schedules here are easy to hit and mid-job swap-outs are routine to arrange. The one thing to flag is pond-side access: some of the roads around Phillips Pond are tight for a roll-off truck, so tell us which road and we will confirm the approach before delivery day.

Plenty of the cottage lots around Phillips Pond and Angle Pond have gravel drives or no formal driveway at all, and the container can sit on any firm ground, with boards under the wheels on request. What we avoid is soft spring mud; if the yard is wet, we will find the firmer spot together.
