Hampstead is a mostly residential town with Sunset Lake on the south side and a quiet, suburban feel through the rest. It sits between Windham and Danville and has a steady mix of older homes and newer development.
From Fremont, Hampstead is about 14 miles southwest, roughly 22 minutes.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Hampstead: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.

NH-121A runs north to south through Hampstead and is the main road most of our routing follows. NH-111 cuts east-west across the south side of town and ties Hampstead over to Windham to the west and Kingston to the east. The village center sits around Stage Road with older housing along the older streets. Big Island Pond sits on the east side of town and is one of the larger water features in the area, with lake-area housing wrapped around it. Wash Pond sits on the south side. Outside the village core and the lake areas, Hampstead opens up into a steady mix of older residential streets and newer subdivisions on deeper lots.
Common Hampstead calls include full-house cleanouts when a property is going on the market, kitchen and bathroom remodels across the older village housing and the newer subdivisions, and roof tear-offs on the two-story homes that fill most of the neighborhoods. We also see garage and basement cleanouts after years of accumulation, shed and deck demos through the warmer months, and single-item pickups for things like a hot tub on the back deck, a fridge that finally went, or a stack of mattresses from a basement clear-out. Estate cleanouts come up too and usually run with a 20-yard parked on the driveway for a week. Lake-area properties around Big Island Pond bring in cleanout calls when ownership changes hands.
For a bathroom remodel or a small single-room cleanout, a 10-yard usually does the job and fits even the tighter village driveways. A 15-yard handles kitchen jobs and mid-size cleanouts. For full-house cleanouts, roof tear-offs on a typical two-story, and most renovation work, the 20-yard is the workhorse. The newer subdivisions on the outer edges of town have plenty of room for a 30-yard, which is the call for additions, larger demos, or contractor jobs with heavier debris loads.
Can you get a roll-off into the lake-area driveways? Often yes, but it depends on the road. Some of the older access roads around Big Island Pond and Wash Pond are narrow with tight turns. If a roll-off can't fit, junk removal with our smaller dump trailer is usually the workable alternative.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. We bring boards to set under the wheels so the grass doesn't get torn up. Tell us when you call if that's the plan.
What size do I need for a typical Hampstead roof tear-off? A 20-yard handles most single-layer asphalt shingle tear-offs on a typical two-story. For larger roofs or multi-layer tear-offs, the 30 is the safer call.
Do you take appliances and old hot tubs? Yes. Fridges, AC units, water heaters, washers, dryers, and mattresses all go in, and we can demo and haul a hot tub on the same visit either as a junk removal job or alongside a dumpster on site.
