Single-item pickup is for the one (or two) pieces of stuff you want gone, where renting a dumpster would be overkill and asking a friend with a truck didn't work out. If your whole basement needs to come out, that's a basement cleanout. If your garage is full, that's a garage cleanout. If it's a couch and a love seat sitting in the living room and you'd like them gone by Friday, that's this page.
Couches and sectionals, mattresses and box springs, dressers and armoires, treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, hot tubs (separate page for the bigger ones), pianos (call to discuss), pool tables, individual appliances, water heaters, single broken pieces of patio furniture, old desks, file cabinets, gun safes that need to leave a house. Basically anything that's one item and too big for the trash.

Single-item pickup is usually priced as a flat rate based on the piece, the floor it's on, and the size. Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units carry an additional fee for refrigerant handling. Hot tubs and other oversized items get quoted by access and size. Call with the item, the floor, and the address for a quote.

If the item's accessible from outside (curb, driveway, open garage), yes. For anything inside a locked house, we need either someone there or an access plan worked out before the visit. Send a photo and the address with the call.
Call to discuss. Pianos vary a lot. An upright on a first floor is different from a baby grand on a second floor. Send a photo and tell us the floor and the access (stairs, doorways, hallway widths) and we'll quote from there.
Yes. Hot tubs are doable but they're an access-and-size question. Send photos showing the tub, the deck or pad it's sitting on, and the path out to the driveway. From there we can talk through whether it comes out whole or has to be cut down on site.
Yes. The disposal cost gets built into the quote when you book. Tell us how many and what size when you call.

All 92 of them. We run single-item pickups across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts out of our yard in Fremont, from the Seacoast over to the Merrimack Valley. Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Portsmouth, Merrimack, Pelham, Salem, and Hudson are all on the regular route. The service area page lists every town we cover. The difference is who loads it. With a single-item pickup the crew does the work and the job is finished the same visit. With a roll-off dumpster you keep the container for the week and fill it yourself, which is the cheaper route when you have the time. Describe the single-item pickup on the phone and we will point you at the right one.
There is no flat rate for single-item pickup, because volume and material both move the number. If you want a dumpster, the booking system on the pricing page prices it against your actual address, delivery and pickup and weight allowance included. If you want the crew, send a couple of photos of the single-item pickup and we will quote it. Either way, 603-634-9947 gets you a person.
