Dumpsters and Junk Removal in Newmarket, NH.

Newmarket is an old mill town on the Lamprey River. The brick mill buildings still anchor the downtown, only now they hold restaurants, apartments, and a small brewery scene instead of looms. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 20 minutes east.

All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.

About Newmarket

Newmarket grew up around the mills on the Lamprey River, and that history is still right there in the brick buildings that line the downtown. Today most of those buildings have been converted to mixed use, with apartments and restaurants and a small but busy brewery presence. Around the mill core, Newmarket spreads out into older neighborhoods with the kind of housing stock you'd expect in an old New England mill town.

From our Fremont yard, Newmarket is about 10 miles east, roughly 20 minutes on a clear day.

What we offer in Newmarket

All four roll-off sizes are available in Newmarket: 10-yard for tight downtown driveways and small projects, 15 for mid-size jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also handle full-service junk removal if you don't want to load a container yourself.

Driveways close to the old mill area can be tight, so the 10-yard often makes sense in that part of town. Further out the lots open up. Send us a photo of the spot and we'll tell you what'll work.

Neighborhoods and roads in Newmarket

Most of our Newmarket stops are off Main Street and Route 108, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The downtown mill core along the Lamprey River has a tighter, older pattern, with brick mill buildings, narrow streets, and short driveways. The streets that work uphill from the river have a mix of older single-family homes and converted multi-family buildings, with the kind of housing stock you'd expect in an old New England mill town. Newmarket has UNH-affiliated rental housing as part of the mix. Out past the downtown core, Newmarket opens up into newer residential neighborhoods with comfortable driveways and standard placement room. If you're downtown or on one of the older streets, send us a photo of the driveway and we'll plan it.

What customers in Newmarket usually call us for

Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Newmarket include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the mill core. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, apartment turn-overs, and workshop cleanouts where the owner would rather not load a container themselves.

Sizing notes for Newmarket homes

Newmarket is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a tight downtown driveway or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout in the older neighborhoods. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs on the newer residential streets. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work outside the mill core.

Common questions from Newmarket customers

Will a roll-off fit on a tight downtown street? Usually the 10-yard does. Anything bigger and we need to see a photo of the driveway and the street approach. If the spot won't hold a container, junk removal is sometimes the better fit.

How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.

Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
