Call us once. No back-and-forth, no twelve trips to the transfer station.
Our crew shows up on time, treats your property with respect, and gets the work done without you lifting a finger.
Selling a home? Settling an estate? Done living with the pile in the garage? Tell us about the job and we'll knock it out.
The kinds of jobs we run for homeowners, families, real estate agents, property managers, and contractors.
One of the harder jobs in this work. Clearing a parent's or grandparent's home means sorting through someone's life, and the pace has to fit what the family can handle. Pull anything you want to save before we arrive — we don't sort during the cleanout.
More on estate cleanouts →We've done these. They take longer, and we approach them with patience. Not every junk removal company will take this work, but we will. Call and we'll talk through what the situation looks like and how we'd handle it.
More on hoarding cleanouts →Whole-house clearing, typically before a sale, after a move, or to make a cluttered home livable again. Depending on the size we'll either run a truckload or bring in a dumpster.
More on house cleanouts →Tools, lawn equipment, kids' bikes, broken patio furniture, holiday boxes, the washer and water heater you replaced years ago. The classic "I've been meaning to deal with this for ten years" job. We carry it up the stairs.
More on garage & basement cleanouts →When a tenant moves out and leaves a unit full of stuff behind, we'll clear it so the property's ready for the next step. Post-foreclosure cleanouts run the same way. Property managers, we can stay on a tight schedule when you have a new tenant moving in.
More on eviction cleanouts →Active jobsites, interior demo, deck and shed teardowns, garage demos. Mixed material, often heavy — we'll talk through size and weight before delivery so you don't blow the limit on day one.
More on construction debris →One couch, one mattress, one treadmill — when you don't need a crew and a dumpster, just somebody to come get the thing. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, water heaters, hot tubs, refrigerators, freezers, and window AC units come too.
More on single-item pickup →One call, one crew, and you do not carry a thing.
Clearing out a loved one's home, handling a hoarder cleanout, or turning over an apartment after a tenant left — these are the jobs we run most. We've been there for families, property managers, and businesses who needed us during the hardest stretches. The crew shows up with the truck, loads what you have pointed at, and hauls it out.
Hazardous and flammable liquids go to a waste facility, not in our truck.
Liquid paint, motor oil, gasoline, asbestos, and anything labeled flammable or corrosive — those need licensed disposal, not us. The big stuff most people worry about (couches, mattresses, fridges, freezers, AC units, hot tubs, TVs, water heaters) is all fine.
Four steps, and only one of them is yours.
Bigger jobs sometimes make more sense as a container than a crew. If yours does, we will say so and quote a roll-off dumpster instead.
What we look at before quoting, so the number makes sense.
Junk removal is quoted per job rather than per hour, after a walk-through in person, on the phone, or from photos and video. Two jobs with the same amount of stuff can price differently, and it is usually one of these four reasons.
If the load turns out to be big enough that a container beats a crew, we will tell you, and the dumpster pricing tool gives you a real number for your address in about a minute.
The crew runs out of the Fremont yard to all 92 towns we cover. Cleanout work clusters differently from dumpster work: it follows the older housing and the estate and rental turnover in it, which puts most of it up the Route 3 and Route 93 corridors rather than close to home.
Your town is on the full list of 92 even if it is not above. For a cleanout, tell us the street address and roughly what floor the material is on. Access changes the quote more than distance does.
It is quoted per job, not per hour, after a walk-through in person, by phone, or from photos and video. Volume drives most of it, then access, then weight, then any per-item disposal fees on refrigerant appliances and mattresses. Send a few photos and you will get a real number rather than a range.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, hot tubs, TVs, water heaters, construction debris, and the general contents of a garage, basement or whole house. What we cannot take is liquid paint, motor oil, gasoline, asbestos, and anything labelled flammable or corrosive, which all need licensed disposal. The acceptable items page has the full list.
Only the things you are keeping. Pull those out before we get there, because we do not sort during a cleanout. Once the crew starts loading, everything in the area you have pointed at goes, which is what makes the job quick.
Yes. Concord and Manchester are two of the towns we run cleanouts in most, along with Nashua, Derry and Exeter, all out of the Fremont yard. The service area page lists all 92 towns we cover across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
Sometimes, if there is room in the day, but it is not something to count on. Single items are usually next day, because getting a couch out of a house takes two people. Full cleanouts are booked further ahead, normally about a week, since they take a crew and most of a day. Call rather than text if your timing is tight and we will tell you the honest soonest.
Not for the whole job, but somebody should be there at the start to walk the crew through what goes and what stays. After that you are free to leave. For rental turnovers and estate work we regularly deal with an agent or a family member rather than the owner.
Both, yes. Refrigerators, freezers and window AC units hold refrigerant that has to be recovered by a certified tech under EPA Section 608 rules, so those carry a separate disposal fee that we pass straight through. Hot tubs usually need cutting down on site, so mention it when you call and we will bring the right gear.
Book the crew when the pile already exists and you would rather not touch it again, or when there is nowhere to put a container. Rent a dumpster when the work happens over days and you want the box sitting there while you go at your own pace. If you describe the job we will tell you which one is cheaper for your situation.
Most single-room and garage jobs are a few hours. A full three-bedroom house is usually a day, sometimes two if it is packed or the access is difficult. Hoarding cleanouts run longer than the volume suggests, because the pace has to fit what the family can handle, and we plan those differently.
Describe the job: what's there, how much, and where. We'll give you a fair quote and handle the rest.
