About Salisbury

Salisbury is a coastal Essex County town of about 9,500 people, right on the New Hampshire border across from Seabrook. Salisbury Beach is the main draw, a popular summer destination with the boardwalk, the arcades, and rows of seasonal cottages stacked close together. Inland from the beach you've got year-round residential streets and a quieter town center.

From Fremont it's about 22 miles east-southeast, roughly 40 minutes. Salisbury covers the beach-side cottage area and the year-round homes inland off Route 1 and Route 110.

What we offer in Salisbury

All four roll-off sizes: 10-yard for cottage cleanouts and tight driveways near the beach, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. Plus full-service junk removal for jobs where you'd rather have us handle the loading.

The beach neighborhoods are tight. Cottages sit close to each other and driveways are short, so the 10-yard is almost always the right size on that side of town. Inland streets generally have more room. Send us a photo of the spot and we'll tell you what'll fit.

Neighborhoods and roads in Salisbury

Salisbury splits roughly into two sides. Salisbury Beach sits on the Atlantic, with the boardwalk, the arcades, and rows of seasonal cottages packed close together along Beach Road and the side streets running back from the sand. The year-round town center sits inland off Route 1 and Route 110, with quieter residential streets and a smaller commercial strip. The salt marshes wrap around the south and west sides of town, with the Merrimack just beyond. I-95 cuts through the west side and runs north into New Hampshire toward Seabrook, which is the route we take from our Fremont yard. Route 110 and Route 1 carry most of the local traffic between the beach and the town center.

What customers in Salisbury usually call us for

Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Salisbury include cottage cleanouts at the beach when a property changes hands, full-house cleanouts on the year-round side of town, garage and basement cleanouts after years of accumulation, kitchen and bathroom renovations in the older homes, and roof tear-offs across the residential streets. Single-item pickups come in too, for old fridges, water heaters, or a hot tub someone wants gone. Seasonal cleanouts come up when a beach property is going on the market or changes ownership. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months.

Sizing notes for Salisbury homes

Salisbury is one of the longer drives from our Fremont yard, but the four sizes run the same on a beach cottage as on a year-round home. For a beach-cottage cleanout or a single-room project, a 10-yard usually does the job and fits the tighter beach driveways. A 15-yard is the right call for a kitchen or a mid-size cleanout. Full-house cleanouts on the year-round side, roof tear-offs on a typical two-story, and most renovations work best in a 20-yard. For larger demos or contractor jobs running heavier debris, the 30-yard is the safer call when the spot has the room.

Common questions from Salisbury customers

Will a roll-off fit at a Salisbury Beach cottage? Sometimes. The cottages sit close together and the side streets are narrow, so a 10-yard is usually the only size that works. Send us a photo of the spot before you book and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Can you handle a cleanout between beach seasons? Yes. Late-season cleanouts when a cottage is going on the market or changing hands are a common call. Junk removal can be the better fit there since the spot won't always hold a dumpster.

Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
