If yours isn't here, call us. Most answers are one sentence on the phone.
Two ways. Online through the booking system on the pricing page (you plug in the address and project info, see the price, pick a delivery window, and book it). Or call 603-634-9947 and we'll do it over the phone.
A couple of days is usually plenty. The earlier we know, the more likely we can hit your preferred delivery window, especially on Mondays, which tend to book up first.
Standard rentals run 7 days. Need it longer? Tell us when you book and we'll set up an extended rental at delivery.
The booking system handles payment up front for the standard rental. Overage and extended rental days get billed after pickup.
Roughly: 10-yard for a single room or small project, 15-yard for medium renovations and flooring, 20-yard for a full-house cleanout or roof tear-off, 30-yard for major construction. When in doubt, call. Picking right saves you from paying for space you didn't need or hitting the weight limit early.
If you go bigger than needed, you just don't fill it. No penalty. If you pick too small and overfill or hit the weight limit, we'll either rent you a second dumpster or charge an overage. Calling first is usually the cheaper move.
Yes. Describe the project (what you're tossing, roughly how much) and we'll suggest a size. We've been doing this five years and we're pretty good at it.
Typically your driveway or another hard, flat surface on your property. We'll work out exact placement with you before drop-off so it doesn't block what you need access to.
We need overhead clearance for delivery. Watch for tree branches and overhead wires. If your spot is tight, send us a photo and we'll tell you if it'll work.
Don't. A loaded roll-off can damage a driveway or the dumpster itself if it's moved on the ground. If you need it repositioned, call us and we'll send a truck.
For standard asphalt and concrete driveways with normal loads, you'll be fine. If you're concerned about a fresh asphalt driveway, a stamped surface, or unusual conditions, mention it when you book and we'll plan around it.
Most household and construction debris is fine: furniture, appliances, lumber, drywall, carpet, roofing shingles, general junk. The full list is on the acceptable items page.
Liquid paint, motor oil, gasoline, and any other hazardous or flammable liquids. Those go to a hazardous waste facility. Most other awkward items (car batteries, tires, propane tanks) we can take.
Most appliances are fine. The exceptions are refrigerators, freezers, and window AC units, which contain refrigerant. The transfer station recovers the refrigerant under their EPA certification, and those items carry a small additional disposal fee. Just tell us before tossing them in.
Yes, we take mattresses. The disposal cost gets built into the quote when you book.
Pure brush, leaves, branches, and stumps go to your town transfer station's brush pile (usually free or cheap). We can take mixed loads where there's old fence, deck pieces, shed walls, or other lumber in with the brush.
10-yard: 1 ton. 15-yard: 1.5 ton. 20-yard: 2 ton. 30-yard: 3 ton. That's the allowance included in the rental price.
Overage is billed per ton. If you know the load is going to lean heavy, mention it on the call before delivery.
Wet drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, dense lumber. If you're filling a dumpster with that kind of material, weight limit comes before volume.
Depends on size, your town, and how long you need it. Use the booking system on the pricing page to see a real number for your address.
Yes. Standard rental price includes drop-off and pickup. Going over the weight limit gets billed as overage. Any other disposal fees for specific items get built into your quote up front.
The online booking system handles card payment up front. For ongoing contractor jobs, we can set up other arrangements. Call to discuss.
With a dumpster, we drop the container and you fill it on your own schedule before we come back for pickup. With junk removal, we come out with a truck and load everything ourselves, hauling it off in one visit. Junk removal is faster and often cheaper for smaller jobs; a dumpster is the better fit when you're working over multiple days.
Yes. Old couch, fridge, hot tub, whatever it is. Call with what you've got and we'll quote it.
It's almost always faster to ask than to read.
