Hampton Falls is a small town that sits between Hampton and Seabrook with a mix of historic homes and quieter residential streets. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Hampton Falls is a small town on the inland side of Hampton, with a mix of older historic homes and newer residential properties. It runs at a slower pace than the beach towns next door.
From Fremont, Hampton Falls is about 16 miles southeast, roughly a 25-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Hampton Falls: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Hampton Falls driveways have room for any size we run. Send us a photo if you're working with a tighter spot.
Most of our Hampton Falls stops are off Route 1 and Route 88, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The small village center has a tighter, older feel, with historic homes on closer lots around it. The marshes on the east side of town shape the streets that work down toward the Hampton River, and the roads through there have a quieter residential pattern. Out toward the Seabrook line, the lots open up and the driveways get longer. The streets near the Hampton line have a mix of older homes and newer residential, with mostly comfortable lots. The rural-residential pockets between the bigger roads have long driveways and wooded back lots. If you're working close to a stone wall or a treeline, mention it when you call and we'll plan the placement.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Hampton Falls include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the village center. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Hampton Falls is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Hampton Falls, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. If you're on a tighter older lot near the village center, the 10-yard or 15-yard tends to sit better.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
