Seabrook is a mix of beachside residential along Seabrook Beach, a busy Route 1 commercial strip, and the Seabrook Station nuclear power plant on the south end of town. The town runs a wide range of work between the year-round residential streets and the seasonal beach side.
From Fremont, Seabrook is about 22 miles southeast, roughly a 35-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Seabrook: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Driveways near the beach in Seabrook are often tight, which is where the 10-yard usually fits. Inland and residential Seabrook has more room. Send us a photo of the spot and we'll tell you what works.
Most of our Seabrook stops are off Route 1, Route 1A, and Route 286, with deliveries spread out into the streets that branch off them. Seabrook Beach has the tighter, close-set beach housing you'd expect, with shorter driveways and narrower streets near the water. The marshes that border the beach side shape which streets work for placement. The Route 1 commercial strip has its own pattern, with the year-round residential neighborhoods working back from there. Toward the south end of town, the area near Seabrook Station has more open ground and quieter residential streets. The rest of Seabrook is mostly year-round residential with comfortable driveways. Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Seabrook include roof tear-offs, beach cottage and rental property fix-ups in the shoulder seasons, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old beach furniture, and cottage cleanouts where the owner would rather not load a container themselves.
Seabrook is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a tight beach-area driveway or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout on the year-round side of town. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs on inland Seabrook lots. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work on the bigger inland properties.
Will a roll-off fit on a tight beach street? Usually the 10-yard does. Anything bigger and we need to see a photo of the driveway and the street approach before delivery.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
