North Hampton sits along Route 1 between Hampton and Rye. The town has a mix of residential streets and a Route 1 commercial stretch. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
North Hampton runs along the Route 1 corridor with the commercial stretch closer to the road and residential neighborhoods spreading out behind it. The town sits between the busier Hampton to the south and Rye further up the coast.
From Fremont, North Hampton is about 17 miles east, roughly a 30-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in North Hampton: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most North Hampton driveways have room for any size we run. Send us a photo if you have a tight spot.
Most of our North Hampton stops are off Route 1 and Route 1A, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The Route 1A side along the coast has older summer-cottage stock around Little Boars Head, with tighter lots and shorter driveways, especially up on the cliffs and along the marshes. The streets that work inland from there have a quieter residential pattern with more room. Around the country club and the streets west of Route 1, North Hampton has standard single-family homes on comfortable lots. The mix of older cottage stock on the ocean side and year-round residential inland shapes which sizes fit where. If you're on a tighter cottage lot near the water, send us a photo of the driveway.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in North Hampton include roof tear-offs, cottage renovations on the ocean side, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older summer-cottage stock. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old beach furniture, and cottage cleanouts where the owner would rather not load a container themselves.
North Hampton is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a tight cottage driveway or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs on inland lots. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work on the bigger inland lots.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
