Rye is a coastal town between Portsmouth and Hampton, with Wallis Sands State Beach and Rye Harbor along the water. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 35 minutes east.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Rye runs along the Atlantic coast between Portsmouth and Hampton, with Wallis Sands State Beach and Rye Harbor as two of its bigger landmarks. The town has oceanfront homes along the water and a wider mix of inland residential neighborhoods behind them.
From Fremont, Rye is about 22 miles east, roughly 35 minutes.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Rye: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Oceanfront driveways in Rye can be tight, especially closer to the water, and the 10-yard is sometimes the right call there. Inland Rye has more room to work with. Send us a photo of the spot and we'll let you know what fits.
Most of our Rye stops are off Route 1A and Ocean Boulevard, with deliveries spread out into the streets that branch off them. The stretches along Wallis Sands, Rye Beach, and Jenness Beach have older cottages and tighter lots, with shorter driveways and a rocky coast running alongside. The area around Odiorne Point on the north end has a quieter, more residential feel mixed with the conservation land nearby. Inland Rye, working back toward the Greenland line, opens up into year-round residential neighborhoods with comfortable driveways and standard placement room. The older oceanfront streets are some of the trickier spots in our service area. If you're on one of those, a photo of the driveway and the street approach helps us pick the right size.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Rye include roof tear-offs, cottage renovations on the ocean side, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older oceanfront cottages. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old beach furniture, and cottage cleanouts where the owner would rather not load a container themselves.
Rye is one of our coastal-area stops out of the Fremont yard. For a tight oceanfront driveway or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs on inland lots. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work on the bigger inland properties.
Will a roll-off fit on a tight oceanfront driveway? Usually the 10-yard does. Anything bigger and we need to see a photo of the driveway and the street approach before delivery.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
