Stratham sits along Route 33 between Exeter and Greenland, with Stratham Hill Park and its tower lookout on the north side of town. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 20 minutes away.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Stratham is a Seacoast-adjacent town with Route 33 running through and Stratham Hill Park on the higher ground on the north side. The park has a tower lookout that's a recognizable local landmark. The rest of Stratham is residential and farmland.
From Fremont, Stratham is about 12 miles east, roughly a 20-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Stratham: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Stratham driveways have room for any size we run. If you've got a question about placement, send us a photo.
Most of our Stratham stops are off Route 33 and Route 108, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The village center has a tighter, older feel, with homes on closer lots around it. Stratham Hill Park on the north side of town is the recognizable local landmark, and the streets around it have a quieter residential pattern. Toward the Greenland line on the east side, the lots open up and the driveways get longer. Toward the Exeter line on the south side, Stratham has a mix of older homes and newer residential builds. The rural-residential pockets between the bigger roads have long driveways and wooded back yards, with some farmland still mixed in. Driveways are usually straightforward across town.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Stratham include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the village center. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Stratham is one of our closer NH stops, and the four sizes run the same. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Stratham, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. On the longer driveways out toward the Greenland and Exeter lines, any size we run tends to sit fine.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? Usually the next day works. Mondays book up fastest since weekend orders come in then, so if you're aiming for a Monday delivery it helps to call by Friday.
