Deerfield is a rural town between Manchester and the Seacoast, best known for the Deerfield Fair every fall. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 40 minutes away.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Deerfield is mostly rural, with stretches of farmland and woods making up much of the town. The Deerfield Fair is the big yearly draw. It's one of the oldest fairs in New Hampshire and brings the town to life every fall. Outside of fair week the town runs at a quieter pace, with residential neighborhoods spread across back roads between the bigger towns.
From our Fremont yard, Deerfield is about 25 miles northwest, roughly a 40-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Deerfield: 10-yard, 15, 20, and 30. We also handle full-service junk removal if you'd rather not load it yourself.
Most Deerfield driveways have room for any size we run. Send us a photo if you have a tight spot and we'll plan placement.
Most of our Deerfield stops are off NH-43 and NH-107, with deliveries spread out into the back roads that branch off them. The edge of Pawtuckaway State Park on the south side of town has a quieter, woodier feel, and the roads that work back from the park have a mix of older homes and newer residential builds. Toward the Candia and Northwood lines, Deerfield opens up into farm fields and long wooded driveways where the lots are larger. The rural country roads through the middle of town are mostly single-family homes on larger lots, with stretches of woods between them. Some of the longer dirt driveways out on the back roads can get soft after a wet spell. If yours has been wet, let us know before delivery and we'll plan placement.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Deerfield include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older farm homes on the back roads. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and barn or workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Deerfield is one of our closer NH stops, and the four sizes run the same. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Deerfield, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. On the longer driveways out near Pawtuckaway and the Northwood line, any size we run tends to sit fine.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
