Andover is one of the older towns in northeastern Massachusetts, home to Phillips Academy. The town center has a walkable Main Street, and the rest of Andover is mostly residential, with mature neighborhoods near the village and newer subdivisions out toward the highways. The Shawsheen River runs through the middle of it.
From our Fremont yard, Andover is about 25 miles south, mostly down I-93.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Andover: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.

Andover spreads out from a walkable downtown along Main Street, with Route 28 and Route 133 carrying most of the local traffic and I-93 and I-495 running along the edges. The streets near Phillips Academy and the historic district hold a lot of the older Federal and Colonial housing stock, with short driveways, mature trees, and tighter setbacks. East of the center, the subdivisions feel newer, with wider driveways and more room to maneuver a truck. The Shawsheen River runs through the middle of town, and a number of the lots back up to it. Access is usually the biggest factor in which size to recommend: the older village blocks usually want the smaller sizes, and the newer subdivisions near the highways can take a 20 or 30.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Andover include garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts, roof tear-offs, and the kind of kitchen or bath remodel debris that fills a 15 quickly. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older village homes, and we'll bring in a 20 or run a junk-removal crew depending on how much is left behind. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, and a 30 handles bigger demo loads when there's room to drop it. Single-item pickups, like an old water heater or a couch, are fine too.
Andover is a longer drive from our Fremont yard than our NH towns, but we run the same four sizes across the line. For a garage or a smaller basement cleanout, the 10 is usually plenty. A full basement, a roof tear-off on an average colonial, or a kitchen plus a bath in one go tends to land in the 15-to-20 range. The 30 is best for additions, larger demo, and contractor-driven projects where you'd rather swap fewer containers. Do you really come out this far? Yes. Andover is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 25 miles up, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
