Newton sits on the south edge of New Hampshire near the MA border, with Country Pond shared between Newton and Kingston. The rest of the town is mostly residential streets and rural roads.
From Fremont, Newton is about 12 miles south, roughly a 20-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Newton: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Newton driveways have room for any size we run. Send us a photo of the spot if you're not sure.
NH-108 runs through Newton north to south and is the main road we take from the yard. The town sits right on the Massachusetts state line, with Amesbury just across the border. Country Pond is the biggest local water feature, shared with Kingston to the north, and the shoreline is a mix of year-round homes and seasonal cottages. Newton Junction is the historic village along the old rail line, with some of the older town buildings. The meeting house sits in the main Newton village a bit north. The rest of Newton is mostly residential streets, working farms, and rural back roads with the kind of quiet feel that comes from being one of the smaller southern Rockingham towns.
We get out to Newton regularly. The most common reasons people call from Newton are house cleanouts when a property is being sold, roof tear-offs, kitchen and bath remodels, basement and garage cleanouts, and seasonal cottage cleanouts on the Country Pond side of town. Estate cleanouts come up a few times a year, often handled with a 20-yard parked on the driveway over a weekend. We also see shed and deck demos, hot tub removals, and single-item appliance pickups. Contractors working along 108 on new builds and additions are another steady source of calls.
Newton has a mix of older Capes, farmhouses, and newer colonial-style homes on larger lots. Older homes near the village center are usually a good fit for a 15-yard for a single-room remodel, or a 20-yard for a full-house cleanout or a typical roof tear-off. Cottages around Country Pond often only need a 10 or 15-yard for a seasonal cleanout. The newer homes on the outskirts almost always have driveway depth for a 30-yard, which is the safer call for an addition, a shed demo, or a barn cleanout.
How fast can you get a dumpster to Newton? Newton is about 20 minutes from the yard. Call or text and we'll see what's open on the calendar.
Can a roll-off truck make it down a narrow road around Country Pond? Often yes, but it depends on the specific access. Send a photo of the road and the driveway and we'll tell you what works. If the road is too tight, full-service junk removal is the alternative.
What size do I need for a full-house cleanout on an older Newton home? Most full-house cleanouts on a typical Newton home fit in a 20-yard. Larger homes or properties with a lot of accumulation, go to a 30.
Do you take hot tubs, pools, and old appliances? Yes. We demo and haul hot tubs and above-ground pools in the same visit and we take fridges, AC units, water heaters, and mattresses. A few items carry a small fee that shows up when you book.
