East Kingston is a small town with NH-107A as its main road, connecting Kingston to the west with Exeter and South Hampton to the east. The town center is compact, the meeting house, the town hall, and a few older buildings near the depot. The Powwow River runs through the southern part of town. Outside of those few central spots, East Kingston is mostly single-family homes on wooded lots, working farms, and quiet back roads. It's one of the smaller towns in our core area, and the geography is familiar to us since we route through it on the way out toward South Hampton or Kensington.
We get out to East Kingston regularly. Because the town is mostly residential and rural, the typical calls from East Kingston are house cleanouts when a property is being sold, garage and basement cleanouts, roof tear-offs, and kitchen and bath remodels. Estate cleanouts come up a few times a year, often on the older farmhouses around the center of town. We also see shed and deck demos, single-item appliance pickups, and the occasional hot tub haul. Contractors building or renovating on the larger wooded lots are a steady source of calls too.
East Kingston housing skews toward older farmhouses, Capes, and newer custom builds on wooded lots. The older homes near the center are a good fit for a 15-yard for a single-room remodel, or a 20-yard for a full-house cleanout. Newer builds on larger lots can almost always handle a 30-yard if you're doing an addition or a bigger demo. For a small bath remodel or a single-room clearout, the 10-yard is plenty and fits in just about any driveway.

The driveway is long and unpaved. Will the truck make it? Usually yes. We run on dirt and gravel driveways often. If there's a tight turn or a soft spot, send us a photo or describe the access.
What size for a typical garage cleanout? A single-bay garage cleanout usually fits in a 10-yard. Two-bay garages with years of accumulation are safer in a 15 or 20.
Do you take old hot tubs and appliances? Yes. We can demo and haul a hot tub on the same visit and we take fridges, AC units, water heaters, and mattresses. A few items have a small fee that shows up when you book.
