Newington holds Pease Tradeport, the former Air Force base that's now a commercial and industrial park with the Portsmouth airport. The town also sits along the Great Bay coastline. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Newington has a unique mix for a small town. Pease Tradeport, the former Air Force base, takes up a big share of the land and now runs as a commercial and industrial park that also holds the Portsmouth airport. On the other side of the town, you've got the Great Bay coastline and quieter residential areas.
From Fremont, Newington is about 22 miles east, roughly 35 minutes via Route 101.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Newington: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Driveways in residential Newington usually have room for any size we run. Pease has its own setup for commercial deliveries. Send us details on the address and we'll plan accordingly.
Most of our Newington stops are off Route 16 and Route 4, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The Pease Tradeport area on the east side of town has a commercial and industrial pattern, with the mall and the bigger retail off the main routes. The residential side of Newington, especially the streets that work down toward the Great Bay shoreline, has a quieter feel, with single-family homes on comfortable lots. Toward the Portsmouth line, the lots tighten up a little. The roads near the bay shoreline have a more residential pattern with some longer driveways. Driveways are usually straightforward across town. For commercial buildings at Pease, send us the address details and we'll plan.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Newington include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Newington is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
