Middleton is a town of about 9,000 with a small town center, a working farm presence, and most of the land taken up by residential lots and conservation land along the Ipswich River. Route 114 runs through the middle of it and carries most of the commercial activity.
From our Fremont yard, Middleton is about 25 miles south.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Middleton: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Middleton driveways tend to be on the longer side with plenty of room for the bigger sizes. Some of the older streets near the center are tighter. Send a photo if you're not sure what'll fit.
Middleton runs along Route 114 and Route 62, with Middleton Pond and the Ipswich River shaping the rural-residential feel of the town. The older village center has the tighter streets, with shorter driveways and stone walls at the curb, while the rural-residential roads pulling away from the center open up with longer driveways, woods on both sides, and outbuildings on a lot of the lots. Lake-area properties around Middleton Pond have their own access quirks, with narrower lake roads and short turnarounds. A photo of the driveway and where you'd like the dumpster placed helps us pick the size and the spot before we head down.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Middleton include garage and outbuilding cleanouts, basement and attic cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris, and roof tear-offs on the larger homes. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older farmhouses and lake homes, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on the volume. Lake-area properties around Middleton Pond sometimes call in for cleanouts when a place changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size.
Middleton is a longer drive from our Fremont yard than our NH towns, but we run the same four sizes across the line. With the bigger lots and longer driveways most Middleton homes have, a 20 or 30 usually has plenty of room. For a garage or a small outbuilding, the 10 or 15 still makes sense. A full basement, an average roof tear-off, or a kitchen plus a bath usually lands in the 15-to-20 range. On the older village streets, the 10 or 15 is usually the better fit.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Middleton is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 25 miles down, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
