Hamilton is a small town of about 8,000, well-known locally for the Myopia Hunt Club, the polo grounds, and the Patton family estate. The town is mostly residential with large-lot zoning, open fields, and stretches of conservation land. The MBTA commuter rail runs through it on the Newburyport/Rockport line.
From our Fremont yard, Hamilton is about 28 miles southeast.

Hamilton runs along Route 1A and Route 22, with the rural-residential feel and the country-club aesthetic giving it a different character than the surrounding towns. Patton Park and the historic estates anchor the recognizable parts of town, and a lot of the housing stock sits on large lots with long driveways, open fields, and outbuildings out back. The older homes near the village center tend to be tighter, with shorter driveways and stone walls at the curb. The rural-residential roads pulling away from the center open up considerably. Most Hamilton driveways can handle a 20 or 30, but the older village blocks usually want the 10 or 15 instead.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Hamilton include garage and outbuilding cleanouts, basement and attic cleanouts, roof tear-offs on the larger homes, and the kind of full-house renovation debris that fills a 20 in a hurry. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older estates and farmhouses, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on what's in the house. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Single-item pickups are fine too.
Hamilton is one of our longer reaches from the Fremont yard. We don't run down that way every week, but the four sizes work the same. With the bigger lots and longer driveways most Hamilton homes have, the 20 or 30 usually has plenty of room. For a garage or a smaller outbuilding, the 10 or 15 still makes sense. A full basement or a kitchen plus a bath usually lands in the 15-to-20 range. On the older village streets, the 10 or 15 is usually the better fit.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Hamilton is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 28 miles up, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.

How far ahead should I book? A few days is usually plenty. Monday slots fill up the fastest, so the more notice you can give, the better.
