Wenham is a small Essex County town between Beverly and Hamilton, set around Wenham Lake. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Wenham is one of the smaller towns in Essex County, about 5,000 people, with the Gordon College campus on the south side, Wenham Lake in the center, and a small village along Route 1A. The town is mostly residential with conservation land and large-lot zoning.
From our Fremont yard, Wenham is about 28 miles southeast.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Wenham: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Older homes near the village have shorter driveways. Out on the residential streets around the lake there's more room. If you're not sure what'll fit, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
Wenham runs along Route 1A, with Wenham Lake near the center, the Gordon College campus on the south side, and rural-residential streets filling out the rest of the town. The older village homes near Route 1A have the tighter driveways, stone walls at the curb, and shorter setbacks. The residential streets pulling away from the village and out toward the lake and the conservation land open up, with longer driveways and more room to drop a roll-off. Lake-area properties around Wenham Lake have their own access quirks, with narrower lake roads and short turnarounds. A photo of the driveway helps us pick the size and the spot before we head down.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Wenham include garage and outbuilding cleanouts, basement and attic cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris, and roof tear-offs. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older homes near the village, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on what's in the house. Lake-area properties around Wenham Lake sometimes call in for cleanouts when a place changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size.
Wenham is one of our longer reaches from the Fremont yard. We don't run down that way every week, but the four sizes work the same. For a garage or a smaller basement, the 10 usually handles it. A full basement, an average roof tear-off, or a kitchen plus a bath usually lands in the 15-to-20 range. The 30 is best for additions, larger demo, and contractor projects with room on site. On the older village streets along Route 1A, the 10 or 15 is usually the better fit.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Wenham is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 28 miles down, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
Can you put the dumpster on a gravel driveway? Usually yes. If you're worried about the surface, send us a photo and we'll talk through placement before delivery.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
