About Fremont

Fremont is a small Rockingham county town in southeastern New Hampshire, about 20 minutes inland from the Seacoast and 45 minutes from Boston. The Exeter River runs through, Spruce Pond sits on the south end of town, and most of Fremont is residential with stretches of farmland and woods between neighborhoods. Town population is small, under 5,000, and mostly residential.

For our customers, the practical thing about Fremont is that we're right here. The yard is at 326 North Road, our trucks are minutes from any Fremont driveway, and there's no commute to factor into a delivery.

What we offer in Fremont

The full range. All four roll-off sizes: 10-yard for bathroom remodels and single-room cleanouts, 15 for medium projects, 20 for full-house cleanouts, and 30 for additions and demo work. Plus full-service junk removal for jobs where you don't want a container on the driveway for a week.

Fremont driveways are typically deep enough to handle any size we run. If you're on a narrower lot or close to a stone wall, mention it when you call and we'll plan the placement.

Neighborhoods and roads in Fremont

The yard sits at 326 North Road, on the north side of town. From there, the two roads that matter most for our routing are NH-107 running north to south through Fremont and into Kingston, and NH-125 a few miles east through Epping and Brentwood. The town center sits around the meetinghouse and the library, with most older homes clustered along the older roads radiating out from there. Spaulding and Frost Cooperage is one of the longest-standing businesses in town, a working barrel maker that has been here for generations. Glen Oaks Country Club is at the south end of town, and Pawtuckaway State Park is a short drive west.

What customers in Fremont usually call us for

Since we live here, we get a wide mix. The most common reasons people call from Fremont are house cleanouts when a property is going on the market, garage and basement cleanouts after years of accumulation, kitchen and bathroom remodels where the contractor wants debris off the floor, and roof tear-offs on the older home stock around the center of town. We also get a steady flow of single-item pickups, things like an old hot tub on the back deck, a fridge that finally quit, or a stack of mattresses left behind by a previous owner. Estate cleanouts are another one we see regularly, often handled in a single weekend with a 20-yard parked on the driveway.

Sizing notes for Fremont homes

The Fremont housing stock is a mix. Older Cape and ranch homes near the center of town do well with a 10 or 15-yard for a bathroom remodel or a single-room gut. The larger colonials and post-2000 subdivisions on the outskirts usually have the driveway depth for a 20-yard, which is the right size for a full-house cleanout or a typical asphalt shingle tear-off. If you're building an addition, knocking down a deck, or doing a full demo of an old shed or pool, the 30-yard is the safer call so you're not paying for a second swap.

Common questions from Fremont customers

How fast can you get a dumpster out in Fremont? Since the yard is in town, Fremont addresses are usually the easiest deliveries to slot in. Call or text and we'll tell you what's open on the calendar.

Can you put the dumpster on the lawn instead of the driveway? Yes, in most cases. We bring boards to set under the wheels so the lawn doesn't get torn up. Tell us when you call if that's the plan.

What size do I need for a typical kitchen reno here? A 10 or 15-yard handles most kitchen jobs unless you're also pulling up subfloor or taking down walls. If you're not sure, send us a photo of what's coming out and we'll point you at the right size.

Do you take old hot tubs? Yes. We can demo and haul a hot tub on the same visit, either as a full-service junk removal job or alongside a dumpster you already have on site.
