Raymond sits along the Route 101 corridor west of Fremont, with Pawtuckaway State Park on its northern edge. It's about a 15-minute run from our yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Raymond is a rural-residential town just west of us along Route 101, with Pawtuckaway State Park spanning the line between Raymond and Nottingham to the north. Outside of the Route 101 corridor itself, most of Raymond is residential neighborhoods, woods, and back roads. It's the kind of town where lots tend to be deeper and quieter than what you'd find closer to Manchester.
From our Fremont yard, Raymond is about 8 miles west, roughly a 15-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Raymond: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather not load a container yourself.
Most Raymond driveways are deep enough for any size we run. If you've got something narrower or you're not sure how it'll fit, send us a photo of the spot.
NH-101 is the main east-west route through Raymond and the road most of our trucks take heading out. NH-156 cuts through the middle of town north to south and connects the downtown area with the Nottingham line. Pawtuckaway State Park sits on the north end of town and straddles the Raymond and Nottingham border. It's one of the best-known state parks in this part of New Hampshire. Onway Lake is on the south side of town, with a mix of year-round homes and seasonal cottages along the shoreline. The rest of Raymond is mostly residential roads, woods, and the kind of deeper lots you find once you're a few miles off the highway.
We get out to Raymond regularly. The most common reasons people call from Raymond are roof tear-offs, kitchen and bath remodels, garage and basement cleanouts, and seasonal cottage cleanouts on the Onway Lake side of town. Estate cleanouts come up a few times a year, often handled with a 20-yard on the driveway over a long weekend. We also see calls for shed and deck demos, above-ground pool removals, and the occasional hot tub haul. Raymond has a lot of construction along the 101 corridor, so contractor calls for new builds, additions, and renovations are a steady source of work too.
Raymond has a wide mix of housing, which makes the right size pretty job-dependent. The smaller cottages and ranches around Onway Lake usually only need a 10 or 15-yard for a remodel or a single-room cleanout. The colonial-style homes in the newer subdivisions off 101 typically have driveway depth for a 20-yard, which covers a full-house cleanout or an asphalt shingle tear-off. If you're tearing down a shed, an old above-ground pool, or doing a larger demo, the 30-yard is the safer call.
How fast can you get a dumpster to Raymond? Raymond is about 15 minutes from the yard. Call or text and we'll line up a delivery on the next open day.
Can you put a dumpster on a seasonal cottage road that's narrow? Often yes, but we'll want a photo first. Some of the cottage roads near the lake are too tight for a full-size roll-off truck, in which case junk removal is the better fit.
What's the right size for a typical roof tear-off? Most single-layer asphalt shingle tear-offs on a typical Raymond home work in a 20-yard. Multiple layers or a larger home, go to the 30.
Do you take hot tubs and above-ground pools? Yes. We can demo and haul both. Send a photo of the unit and the access path and we'll quote it.
