Candia sits between Manchester and Raymond along the Route 101 corridor. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 22 minutes west.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Candia is a rural-residential town along Route 101 between Manchester and Raymond. It has a quieter feel than the bigger towns on either side, with stretches of woods and farmland between residential pockets.
From Fremont, Candia is about 14 miles west, roughly 22 minutes on a clear day.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Candia: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Candia driveways are deep enough for any size we run. Send a photo of the spot if you're working with something tighter.
Most of our Candia stops are off Route 101, NH-43, and NH-27, with deliveries spread out into the back roads that branch off them. The area near the country store and the village feel is mostly older homes on closer lots. Out toward the Raymond and Auburn lines, Candia opens up into farm fields and wooded back roads where the lots are larger and the driveways longer. The pockets of residential streets between the bigger routes have a quieter residential feel. Driveways are usually straightforward across town, though some of the longer dirt driveways on the rural roads can get soft after rain. If yours has been wet, let us know before delivery and we'll plan the placement so the truck doesn't chew it up.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Candia include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the village and the farm properties on the back roads. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop or barn cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Candia is one of our closer NH stops, and the four sizes run the same. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Candia, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. On the longer wooded driveways out toward the Raymond line, any size we run tends to sit fine.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes. Fridges and AC units have a small fee for the freon handling at the transfer station, and mattresses have a small per-item fee. What we can't take is wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, or organic wood and yard waste.
