Brentwood is a small town just south of Epping along the Route 101 corridor. The Rockingham County Courthouse is one of the bigger landmarks in town and brings a steady flow of professional traffic. Outside that, Brentwood is mostly residential and rural, sharing a lot of geography with Fremont next door.
From our yard it's about 4 miles east, roughly 8 minutes on a clear day.

Brentwood sits along the NH-101 corridor between Epping and Exeter, with NH-125 cutting through the western edge. The Rockingham County complex and the courthouse are the most recognizable landmarks along 125, and Crawley Falls on the Exeter River is a quiet local spot in the woods. Outside of those, Brentwood is mostly back roads with horse farms, single-family homes on larger lots, and stretches of forest. There's no real downtown, the town center is more a scattering of municipal buildings than a commercial strip. From our Fremont yard, Brentwood is a straight shot east, putting most addresses within about ten minutes.
We get out to Brentwood regularly. The most common reasons people call from Brentwood are roof tear-offs, kitchen and bath remodels, garage cleanouts, and shed or pool demos. Because Brentwood has so much land per house, we also see a fair number of property cleanouts, where someone bought a place, the previous owner left a lot behind, and they want it gone before they move in. Barn cleanouts come up here too, given the number of working horse properties. Estate cleanouts and single-item appliance pickups round out the list. Roof and siding contractors working along the 101 corridor are another steady source of calls.
The larger lots in Brentwood mean placement is rarely a problem, so size up if you're unsure. For a single-bay garage cleanout or a small bathroom remodel, the 10 or 15-yard is plenty. For a full-house cleanout on one of the older farmhouses, or a roof tear-off, the 20-yard is the right call. If you're tearing down a shed, an old above-ground pool, or doing a barn cleanout that's been accumulating for decades, the 30-yard saves you a swap.

Can you take down an old shed or above-ground pool? Yes. Sheds, decks, above-ground pools, and hot tubs are all things we demo and haul. We'll quote it after a photo.
The driveway is dirt and a long way back from the road. Is that a problem? Usually not. We run on plenty of rural Brentwood driveways. Send a photo or describe the access and we'll tell you what works.
