Farmington is a Strafford County town on the Cocheco River, north of Rochester along Route 11 and the Spaulding Turnpike. We cover it from our Fremont yard.

Farmington is a town of about 7,000 with an old downtown along Main Street, the former shoe-factory district near the river, and mostly rural residential land filling the rest. The Blue Hills rise on the north side, and the town has plenty of wooded back roads and small farms.
From our Fremont yard, Farmington is about 30 miles north.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Farmington: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
The older downtown streets have short driveways and tight setbacks. The 10 or 15 is usually the right call there. Out on the rural roads there's plenty of room for the bigger sizes.
Farmington has Route 11 running through town and Route 153 cutting north. The downtown village sits along Main Street with the older mill-era housing and short setbacks, and the Cocheco River runs through the lower part of town. The former shoe-factory district near the river still has a lot of the older brick and frame stock, and the residential streets close in have Capes, Colonials, and Victorians on tighter lots. The rest of town is rural-residential, with wooded back roads, small farms, and long driveways tucked away from the main routes. The Blue Hills rise on the north side. Driveway space downtown can be tight, but most of the rural roads have plenty of room for any size we run. A photo of the spot helps before delivery.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Farmington include roof tear-offs on the older residential housing, full-house cleanouts when a property changes hands, and garage, basement, and outbuilding cleanouts. The older mill-era housing brings in renovation debris when interiors get reworked, and the rural-residential lots bring in barn and shed cleanouts. Estate cleanouts come up too. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months, along with hot tubs and the occasional old camper that's been sitting in the yard. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, and a 30 if the project is a full gut.
Farmington is one of our longer reaches from the Fremont yard. We don't run up that way every week, but the four sizes work the same. For a single room or a garage corner, the 10-yard is usually the right size. For a roof on an average house or a full garage, the 15 or 20 is the better pick. Full house cleanouts where every room is going usually call for the 20-yard, and the 30 is for big demo jobs or full contractor renovations. Downtown, the 10 is usually the size that fits the older driveways.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. We're based in Fremont and most of our work is closer in, but we run up to Farmington when the job's booked. The drive time doesn't change the rental price.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some. The 10 and 15 sit easier on grass than the bigger sizes.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need it longer, let us know when you book and we'll work it out.
