Epsom is best known for the Epsom Traffic Circle, where Routes 4, 28, 202, and 9 converge. The Suncook River runs through town. We cover it from our Fremont yard, about 50 minutes away.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Epsom is the town at the Epsom Traffic Circle, the rotary where Routes 4, 28, 202, and 9 all come together. The Suncook River runs through town and shapes part of the local geography. Outside of the rotary area, Epsom is mostly rural residential with stretches of woods.
From Fremont, Epsom is about 35 miles northwest, roughly 50 minutes.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Epsom: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Epsom driveways have room for any size we run. Send a photo of the spot if you're not sure how it'll fit.
Epsom is rural-residential with the rotary at the center where Route 4 and Route 28 come together. The Suncook River runs through the town and shapes part of the local layout, with the Northwood and Pittsfield lines marking the edges. Outside the rotary, most of Epsom is woods and residential lots with long driveways. There's no real downtown, so placement is usually straightforward, with plenty of approach room for any size we run. If you're on a tighter shared drive or one of the older homes right by the rotary where Route 28 traffic moves through, send a quick photo when you call and we'll plan a delivery window that keeps the truck out of the way of the rotary traffic.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Epsom include garage and basement cleanouts, full-house cleanouts, and roof tear-offs. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially on the older homes set back on the rural lots. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds on the wooded back roads, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. We also get single-item pickup calls, things like an old fridge, a hot-tub demo, or a couch the new one won't fit past, where junk removal makes more sense than a full container.
Epsom is one of our longer NH stops from the Fremont yard, but we run the same four sizes. For a garage or basement cleanout, the 10 or 15-yard is usually the right size. For a full-house cleanout or a roof tear-off on an average Epsom home, the 20-yard tends to be the right call. The 30-yard is mostly for whole-house gut jobs, big additions, or roofs with a lot of layers. If you're not sure, tell us what's coming out and we'll point you to a size that fits.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? Usually the next day works. Mondays book up fastest since weekend orders come in then, so if you're aiming for a Monday delivery it helps to call by Friday.
