Dracut is a Middlesex County town just north of Lowell, on the New Hampshire border with Pelham. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Dracut is a mid-sized town of about 32,000 with a mix of older mill-village neighborhoods, postwar housing, and newer subdivisions along the back roads near the Pelham line. The Merrimack River runs along the southern edge, and most of the commercial activity is along Route 38 and Route 113.
From our Fremont yard, Dracut is about 25 miles south.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Dracut: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Newer subdivisions on the north side near the NH border have plenty of room for the bigger sizes. Older streets closer to the river are tighter. Send a photo if you're not sure what'll fit.
Dracut runs along Route 38 and Route 113, with the Merrimack River bounding the southern edge and the Methuen and Lowell borders close by. Long Pond and Mill Pond sit on the eastern side, with residential streets feeding into them. The older mill-village neighborhoods near the river have shorter driveways and tighter setbacks, while the postwar housing and the newer subdivisions toward the Pelham line and the back roads open up. Access is the main variable in Dracut. On the older streets near the river, the 10 or 15 is usually a better fit, while the newer subdivisions can usually take a 20 or 30. Send a photo and we'll talk through placement.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Dracut include garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris, roof tear-offs, and the kind of full-house cleanout that fills a 20 in a hurry. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on what's in the house. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, and a 30 fits when the load runs heavier. Single-item pickups, like an old couch or a water heater, are fine too.
Dracut is a longer drive from our Fremont yard than our NH towns, but we run the same four sizes across the line. For a garage or a smaller basement, the 10 usually handles it. A full basement, an average roof tear-off, or a kitchen plus a bath usually lands in the 15-to-20 range. The 30 is best for additions, larger demo, and contractor projects where the driveway can take it. On the tighter streets near the river, the 10 or 15 is usually the better call.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Dracut is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 25 miles up, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? A few days is usually plenty. Monday slots fill up the fastest, so the more notice you can give, the better.
