Pelham is a Hillsborough County town on the Massachusetts border, between Nashua and Salem. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Pelham is a town of about 14,000 with a traditional town center along Route 38, Long Pond and Little Island Pond on the east side, and mostly residential subdivisions filling the rest. The town sits right on the Massachusetts line, with Dracut and Methuen across the border.
From our Fremont yard, Pelham is about 22 miles southwest.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Pelham: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Newer Pelham subdivisions have plenty of driveway room. Older streets near the town center are tighter. Send a photo if you're not sure what size will fit.
Most of our Pelham stops are off Route 38 and Route 128, with deliveries running into the residential subdivisions that branch off them. The town center along Route 38 has a traditional feel, with older homes on closer lots. Toward the residential subdivisions that fan out from the center, the streets have comfortable driveways and standard placement room. Beaver Brook and the conservation land on the west side of town give it a quieter, woodier feel, with rural pockets nearby. Right on the Salem and Massachusetts line, Pelham has a mix of older neighborhoods and newer builds that tend to feel more suburban. The rural pockets in the middle of town have long driveways and wooded back lots. If you're on a tighter older street near the center or close to a stone wall, let us know when you call.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Pelham include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the town center. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, especially in the newer subdivisions. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Pelham is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a tight older driveway or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard fits full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs, and the newer subdivisions have room for it. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? Usually the next day works. Mondays book up fastest since weekend orders come in then, so if you're aiming for a Monday delivery it helps to call by Friday.
