Danvers sits in Essex County off Route 1 and I-95, north of Salem and Peabody. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Danvers, the old Salem Village of witch-trial fame, is now a built-up suburban town of about 27,000 with a Liberty Tree Mall, a long commercial strip along Route 114, and several mature residential neighborhoods. The Crane River and the Danvers River bound it on the east and south.
From our Fremont yard, Danvers is about 30 miles south.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Danvers: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Older streets in the historic center have shorter driveways. The newer subdivisions off Route 62 and Route 114 have plenty of room. If you're not sure what'll fit, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
Danvers runs along Route 1 and Route 35, with Route 128 cutting along the southern side and the long Route 114 commercial strip pulling traffic in from the surrounding towns. The historic center, with its older houses near the Crane and Danvers Rivers, has tighter streets, shorter driveways, and more setback constraints than the newer residential subdivisions. Endicott Park and the established neighborhoods give the town a mature, built-up feel. Out toward Route 62 and Route 114, the subdivisions are more open, with wider driveways and easier roll-off placement. A photo of the driveway helps us pick the size and where to set it before we leave the yard.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Danvers include garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris, roof tear-offs, and the kind of full-house cleanout that fills a 20 quickly. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older homes near the historic center, and we'll bring a 20 or run a junk-removal crew depending on the volume. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Single-item pickups, like a couch or an old water heater, are fine too.
Danvers is one of our longer reaches from the Fremont yard. We don't run down that way every week, but the four sizes work the same. For a garage or a small basement, the 10 usually handles it. A full basement, a roof tear-off, or a kitchen plus a bath tends to land in the 15-to-20 range. The 30 is best for additions, larger demo, and contractor projects where the site has room for it. On the older streets near the historic center, the 10 or 15 is usually the better fit.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Danvers is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 30 miles up, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is about a week. If you need it longer, let us know when you book and we'll work it out.
