Chester is a rural Rockingham County town between Auburn and Derry, along Route 102 and Route 121. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Chester is a small town of about 5,000 with a traditional New England common at the center, the historic Chester Village District, and most of the land taken up by woods, farms, and large-lot residential. The roads are quiet and the lots are mostly long and wooded.
From our Fremont yard, Chester is about 17 miles west.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Chester: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Chester driveways tend to be long with plenty of room for the bigger sizes. If your driveway is dirt and has been wet, let us know before delivery and we'll plan around it.
Most of our Chester stops are off NH-102 and NH-121, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The village center has a tighter, traditional New England feel, with the common at the heart of town and older homes on closer lots around it. Out around Wason Pond, the streets have a more residential pattern with a mix of older and newer homes. Toward the Auburn and Sandown lines, Chester opens up into wooded back roads and large-lot residential where the driveways are long and the houses set back from the road. The dirt driveways out on the back roads can get soft in the spring. If yours has been wet, let us know before delivery so we can plan the placement.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Chester include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially around the older homes near the village and the farm properties on the back roads. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop or barn cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Chester is one of our closer NH stops, and the four sizes run the same. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Chester, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. The long wooded driveways out toward the Sandown line easily fit any of the bigger sizes.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? Usually the next day works. Mondays book up fastest since weekend orders come in then, so if you're aiming for a Monday delivery it helps to call by Friday.
