Rowley is a small Essex County town between Ipswich and Newbury, with salt marshes on the east side and Route 1 running north-south. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Rowley is a town of about 6,000 with a long colonial history, a small village center along Main Street, and the Great Marsh stretching out toward Plum Island Sound. Most of the residential land is on the west side, with farmland and conservation areas filling the gaps.
From our Fremont yard, Rowley is about 25 miles southeast.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Rowley: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Older homes near the village center have shorter driveways and stone walls right at the curb. The 10 or 15 is usually the right call there. Send a photo if you're not sure what'll fit.
Rowley runs along Route 1 and Route 133, with the village center on the western side and the marshes and Rowley River spreading toward the coast. The older Colonial housing stock near the village has the tighter driveways, stone walls at the curb, and shorter setbacks. The residential streets farther out and the farm roads on the inland side open up, with longer driveways and more room to drop a roll-off. The Great Marsh shapes the eastern side of town and keeps the housing density low. Access is the main thing we plan around in Rowley. On the older streets, the 10 or 15 is usually the right call. A photo of the driveway helps us pick the size and the spot before we head down.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Rowley include garage and outbuilding cleanouts, basement and attic cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris, and roof tear-offs on the older houses. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older Colonial homes, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on what's in the house. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Single-item pickups, like a couch or an old water heater, are fine too.
Rowley is a longer drive from our Fremont yard than our NH towns, but we run the same four sizes across the line. For a garage or a smaller basement, the 10 usually handles it. A full basement, an average roof tear-off, or a kitchen plus a bath usually lands in the 15-to-20 range. The 30 is best for additions, larger demo, and contractor projects with room on site. On the older streets near the village, the 10 or 15 is usually the better fit.
Do you really come out this far? Yes. Rowley is one of our Massachusetts service-area towns. The Fremont yard is about 25 miles down, so it's a longer haul than our NH towns, but we run it the same way.
Can you handle a beach cottage cleanout? Yes. We'll bring in a 10 or 15 if the driveway is tight, or send a junk-removal crew if it's easier to load it out by hand.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
