North Billerica is the historic mill section of Billerica, with a tight village center near the Concord River, an old textile mill complex, and a commuter rail stop on the Lowell Line. The surrounding neighborhoods are a mix of older worker housing, mid-century homes, and newer infill.
From our Fremont yard, North Billerica is about 33 miles south.
All four roll-off sizes are available in North Billerica: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. Access is the main thing we plan around in North Billerica. On the older streets, the 10 or 15 is usually the right call. A photo of the driveway helps us pick the size and the spot before delivery.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in North Billerica include garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodel debris in the older mill-village homes, roof tear-offs, and the kind of full-house cleanout that fills a 15 in a hurry. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands on the older homes near the village, and we'll bring a 20 or send a junk-removal crew depending on what's in the house. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size when the site has room.
