Merrimack is a Hillsborough County town along the F.E. Everett Turnpike, between Nashua and Bedford on the Merrimack River. We cover it from our Fremont yard.
All four roll-off sizes plus full-service junk removal — out of the Fremont yard.
Merrimack is a town of about 26,000 with a long commercial corridor along the turnpike, a mix of older village clusters at Reeds Ferry and South Merrimack, and mostly suburban subdivisions filling out the rest. The Anheuser-Busch brewery and the Merrimack Premium Outlets are the most recognizable landmarks.
From our Fremont yard, Merrimack is about 28 miles west.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Merrimack: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Newer Merrimack subdivisions have plenty of driveway room. Older streets near Reeds Ferry and the river are tighter. Send a photo if you're not sure what size will fit.
Merrimack runs along the Merrimack River with Route 3 and Route 101A carrying the bulk of the through traffic. The Anheuser-Busch landmark sits as a recognizable spot in town, and the village center near Reeds Ferry holds older homes and tighter streets. Most of the rest is residential subdivisions filling out the wooded sections, and the long commercial corridor along the turnpike carries most of the daily traffic. Driveways in the newer subdivisions are roomy and easy for any size we run. The older streets near the river and the village clusters can tighten up, with shorter approaches and on-street parking. If you're on one of those spots, send a quick photo when you call and we'll plan placement so the box sits clean and the truck has room.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Merrimack include kitchen and bath remodels, garage and basement cleanouts, and roof tear-offs. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands, especially on the older homes near the river and the village clusters. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds in the suburban subdivisions, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. We also get single-item pickup calls, things like an old fridge, a water heater, a couch the new sectional won't fit past, or a hot-tub demo, where junk removal makes more sense than a full container.
Merrimack is a longer drive from our Fremont yard than the Seacoast towns just east of us, but we run the same four sizes. For a garage or basement cleanout, the 10 or 15-yard is usually the right size. For a full-house cleanout or a roof tear-off on an average Merrimack home, the 20-yard tends to be the right call. The 30-yard is mostly for whole-house gut jobs, big additions, or roofs with a lot of layers. If you're not sure, tell us what's coming out and we'll point you to a size that fits.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
Do you cover Nashua and Bedford too? Yes, both, along with the rest of the Manchester-Nashua corridor. If you've got a project happening in either, we can run a box there.
