Madbury is one of the smallest towns in Strafford County, about 1,800 people, with no real downtown, mostly large-lot residential, working farms, and a lot of conservation land. The Bellamy River and Bellamy Reservoir take up part of the eastern side of town.
From our Fremont yard, Madbury is about 22 miles northeast.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Madbury: 10-yard for small projects and tight driveways, 15 for medium jobs, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo work. We also do full-service junk removal for cleanouts where you'd rather we handle the loading.
Most Madbury driveways are long with plenty of room for the bigger sizes. If your driveway is dirt and has been wet, let us know before delivery and we'll plan around it.
Madbury is a small town with Route 155 running through and Knox Marsh Road cutting across. There isn't really a downtown, just large-lot residential, working farms, and a lot of conservation land. The Bellamy River and Bellamy Reservoir take up part of the eastern side of town. The Durham and Dover lines bring more of the same rural residential feel, with long driveways tucked off the main roads and wooded edges around most of the lots. A fair number of driveways are dirt or gravel, and some can be soft after wet weather. None of that rules out a roll-off, it just means it's worth mentioning when you call so we can plan the drop. Most driveways out here have plenty of room for any size we run.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Madbury include roof tear-offs on the residential housing, full-house cleanouts when a property changes hands, and garage, basement, and barn cleanouts on the rural-residential lots. The working farms bring in outbuilding and equipment-area cleanouts when somebody's reorganizing or clearing out an old structure. Estate cleanouts come up when ownership changes hands. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months, along with hot tubs and the occasional old camper. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size, and a 30 if the project is a full gut.
Madbury is one of our longer NH stops from the Fremont yard, but the four sizes run the same. For a single room or a garage corner, the 10-yard is usually the right size. For a roof on an average house or a full garage, the 15 or 20 is the better pick. Full house cleanouts where every room is going usually call for the 20-yard, and big demo jobs or full contractor renovations call for the 30. If you're not sure which size fits the job, send a photo of what's coming out and we'll point you at the one that won't leave you paying for empty space.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels, mention it when you call and we'll bring some. The 10 and 15 sit easier on grass than the bigger sizes.
Do you take appliances and old water heaters? Yes, both go in the roll-off or the junk removal truck. Things we can't take in NH are wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, dirt or gravel, and organic wood or brush.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need it longer, let us know when you book and we'll work it out.
