Londonderry is one of the larger suburbs in this stretch of the state, with Route 102 as the main spine and a steady mix of older neighborhoods and newer subdivisions filling in around it. The apple orchards are still working land in town. Mack's Apples and Sunnycrest Farm are two of the longer-running ones. Stonyfield Farm has its headquarters here as well. Most of the residential side of Londonderry is suburban with deeper-set lots and longer driveways than you'd find closer to the cities.

NH-102 is the main east-west spine through town, and NH-128 runs north to south on the west side. I-93 is just over the line and feeds the commercial and commuter traffic through this stretch. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport sits on the west edge of town. The north side of Londonderry is still working orchard country, with Mack's Apples and Sunnycrest Farm operating on the older farmland. Stonyfield Farm has its headquarters here as well. The south side of town is mostly newer subdivisions with deeper-set lots and longer driveways, while the older neighborhoods sit closer to the central commercial stretch along Route 102.
Common Londonderry calls include full-house cleanouts when a property is going on the market, garage and basement cleanouts after years of accumulation, kitchen and bathroom renovations across the older neighborhoods, and roof tear-offs on the two-story homes that fill most of the newer subdivisions. We also see single-item pickups for things like an old hot tub on a back deck, a fridge that finally quit, or a stack of mattresses left in a basement. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months, and estate cleanouts come up too, usually run with a 20-yard parked on the driveway for a week. For contractors building additions or working through bigger renovations, a 20 or 30 is usually the right size.
For a bathroom remodel or a small single-room cleanout, a 10-yard usually does the job. A 15-yard handles kitchen jobs and mid-size cleanouts. For full-house cleanouts, roof tear-offs on a typical two-story, and most renovation work, the 20-yard is the workhorse and fits most Londonderry driveways without trouble. The 30-yard is the call for additions, larger demos, or contractor jobs with heavier debris loads, and most of the newer subdivision driveways have room for one.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. We can usually accommodate an extra day or two. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. We bring boards to set under the wheels so the grass and the edge of the driveway don't get torn up. Tell us when you call.
What size do I need for a typical Londonderry roof tear-off? A 20-yard handles most single-layer asphalt shingle tear-offs on a typical two-story. For larger roofs or multi-layer tear-offs, the 30 is the safer call.
Do you take appliances and old hot tubs? Yes. Fridges, AC units, water heaters, washers, dryers, and mattresses all go in. We can also demo and haul a hot tub on the same visit, either as a junk removal job or alongside a dumpster on site.
