Auburn is a residential town between Manchester and Candia, with Massabesic Lake as the dominant local landmark. The lake is a reservoir used both for water supply and recreation. Outside of the lake, Auburn is mostly residential streets and back roads.
From Fremont, Auburn is about 20 miles west, roughly a 30-minute drive.
All four roll-off sizes are available in Auburn: 10-yard for small projects, 15 for mid-size work, 20 for full-house cleanouts and roof tear-offs, and 30 for contractor and demo jobs. We also do full-service junk removal when you'd rather we did the loading.
Most Auburn driveways have plenty of room for any size we run. If you're near the lake on a narrower lot, send a photo of the spot.
Most of our Auburn stops are off Route 121 and Route 101, with deliveries running into the residential streets that branch off them. The roads that loop around Massabesic Lake have a tighter feel, since the lots are closer together and the driveways shorter. Closer to the Manchester line on the west side, lots open up again and the homes sit on more land. The rural pockets in the middle of Auburn and out toward the Candia line are mostly single-family homes on larger wooded lots. The airport noise shapes which parts of town feel busier on a given day, but it doesn't change much about placement. Driveways are usually straightforward. If you're tight to a stone wall or a treeline, let us know when you call.
Common dumpster and junk-removal jobs in Auburn include roof tear-offs, garage and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, and the usual single-item appliance pickups. Lake-area properties around Massabesic sometimes call in for cleanouts when a place changes hands, and estate cleanouts come up too. Shed, deck, and above-ground pool demos come up through the warmer months once people start clearing back yards. For larger contractor jobs, like additions, renovations, or new builds, a 20-yard parked for the week is usually the right size. Junk removal calls come in for hot tubs, old playsets, and workshop cleanouts where the homeowner would rather not load a container themselves.
Auburn is a regular reach for us out of the Fremont yard. For a single room cleanout or a small bath remodel, a 10-yard is usually the right size. A 15-yard handles a kitchen tear-out or a mid-sized garage clearout. The 20-yard is the most common size we drop in Auburn, since it covers full-house cleanouts and most residential roof tear-offs. The 30-yard comes out for new construction and larger demo work. If you're on a narrower road near Massabesic Lake, the 10-yard or 15-yard tends to sit better in the driveway.
How long can I keep the dumpster? Standard rental is seven days. If you need an extra day or two, we can usually work that out. Anything longer and we'll need to talk about pickup timing so we can keep the box on the route.
Can you put the dumpster on the lawn? Usually yes. If you'd like boards under the wheels to protect the grass and the edge of the driveway, mention it when you call and we'll bring some.
How far ahead should I book? Usually the next day works. Mondays book up fastest since weekend orders come in then, so if you're aiming for a Monday delivery it helps to call by Friday.
