Yes. This is our specialty. We carefully remove the flashing and ledger boards to ensure your home’s seal and siding are preserved. We always recommend having your new builder or a siding professional inspect the area once it’s clear if you plan on immediate replacement.
Most residential decks (approx. 200–400 sq. ft.) can be fully demolished and hauled away in a single day. Larger or multi-story decks may take a bit longer, but we always aim for a fast turnaround to minimize disruption to your home.
We ask that you clear the deck of furniture, grills, and décor before we arrive. If you have extremely heavy items that you can’t move, let us know during the estimate and we can build that into the labor plan.
Pressure-treated wood is handled according to NH environmental guidelines. Any metal hardware, railings, or brackets are separated and sent to local recycling facilities to keep as much material out of the landfill as possible.
