Standard rentals include a 7-day rental period. Extended rentals are available — just let us know when booking and we can arrange a longer duration.
Most household and construction debris is accepted: furniture, appliances, yard waste, lumber, drywall, carpet, roofing shingles, and general junk. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, paint, motor oil, tires, car batteries, propane tanks, and flammable liquids.
If the dumpster is placed on your private property (such as your driveway), no permit is typically required. If it must be placed on a public street or sidewalk, a local permit may be needed. We can help advise you based on your specific location.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Same-day delivery may be possible depending on our schedule — give us a call and we’ll do our best!

If your load exceeds the included weight limit, additional tonnage fees will apply at a per-ton rate. We will always communicate any overage charges transparently before billing you.
Most appliances are accepted. However, appliances containing refrigerants — such as refrigerators, freezers, and window AC units — require special handling and may have an additional fee. Call us for details.
Typically on your driveway or another hard, flat surface on your property. Please ensure there’s at least 23 feet of overhead clearance for delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best placement that protects your property.
We do not recommend moving the dumpster once it has been placed, as this can damage your property or the dumpster. If you need it repositioned, give us a call and we’ll arrange it.
A 10-yard is great for small projects and single-room cleanouts. A 15-yard works well for medium renovations and flooring. A 20-yard is ideal for large renovations and roofing. A 30-yard is best for major construction and commercial jobs. When in doubt, call us — we’re happy to help you choose!
