Liquid paint, motor oil, gasoline, asbestos, and anything labeled flammable or corrosive — those need licensed disposal, not us. The big stuff most people worry about (couches, mattresses, fridges, freezers, AC units, hot tubs, TVs, water heaters) is all fine.
